He honed his grilling skills on the beaches of São Paulo, Brazil, turning his love for cooking into a thriving career. Over the years, he has catered events across Southern California and launched successful culinary ventures, including Silvio's Brazilian BBQ in Hermosa Beach and TROPICALI Brazilian Kitchen Corporate Catering. In addition to his catering expertise, he also offers personal chef services.
